Bug/Issue Qi Quest Gamebreaking bug Ps4

Hey guys so I bought my girlfriend Stardew on the PS4 and she's progressed very quickly, year 5 day 12 of summer approx 180hrs in. We've ran into this quite prevalent bug that when you reach lvl 25 in the skull caverns and complete Qi's quest that the journal becomes blank and the act of opening it will crash straight to the dash board, we've gone on a few more days and all other things seem to work fine but in any instance and every room we could find or think of it crashes. Any one else? Thoughts? Thank you for your time and consideration.
