Hello, I installed your mod but I am not getting the mead to be named after the flower honey. I believe the prices for the flower come out to be correct, just the mead comes out as plain "Mead".

 

That's incredibly weird, on my end I'm consistently getting named Mead.

Note that honey inputted before you installed the mod won't have a preserved name, and if you don't have the most recent Producer Framework Mod it won't preserve the name either.

 

I input honey after I installed the mod and I have PFM (from Nexus) installed as well. I'll check again

Ok, so in the SMAPI log it says I can update the mod and i checked the version, which says 1.0.3. So I downloaded it again and it still says 1.0.3. So I'm not sure where to download the 1.0.4 version? Sorry I'm new to this lol

 

Sorry about that, I made a typo on the manifest.

I've been trying to make Wild Honey and plain Honey not result in "Honey Mead" and failing.

 

Ahh gotcha. So the one I had was the correct 1.0.4 version? It might just be on my end, not sure.

 

Yeah, it's the correct 1.0.4 version.

Are you using the vanilla Kegs to get mead, or are you using something like an upgraded keg?

 

I am using the vanilla kegs. I also checked on CJB Item Spawner to see if there is different types of mead on there, but there wasn't if that's important.

Edit: I found the problem. It was conflicting with another mod though it didn't show on SMAPI. Sorry for troubling you, thanks!

 

Which other mod was it?

 

Indoor Beehouse, they have their own version of a Keg but I was using the original Keg and I didn't think it would affect the naming. Oops

 

Oh, Indoor Beehouse! It does things to Mead. I wouldn't have expected its weird Does Things To Mead to have conflicted with QAP.

There's a PFM beehouse mod that works a lot like Indoor Beehouse but doesn't do things to mead and also makes fruit honey.

does this do the seed maker? i know it was a future thought on the original. (i can download the myriad seed ones but one that's already integrated would be fantastic)

 

This doesn't touch the seed maker, no. The better quality more seeds for PFM mods were already coming out when I made this.

 

still appearing as 1.0.3 in SMAPI and ModUpdateMenu (which I guess uses smapi.mods.io as well) with a link to the same 1.0.4 download that is already installed
