I recently used a colony deed to get a Novakid on my ship in his own little saloon. I know that sometimes NPC's give quests (and indeed, my Novakid barman did). But sometimes upon completion, NPC's will ask to join your crew. My question is: if the Novakid didn't want to join my crew after the quest I helped him with... will he ever ask for more quests so I could potentially have more chances to recruit him?
