Super simple stuff.
Reducer1.0 > There's now 50% less rain/snow when it decides to drop it on you.

Easy install. Just copy the folder to your Starbound/assets folder. Replace all. Done.
You'll need WinRAR to view them.

I have a slight problem, It seems that the rain is gone and I have some performance increase, however, the lightning still appears and my performance still suffers. Any help?

 

I'll look into it. Not much else I can do besides turn down the density without changing the core game itself I'm afraid, but I'll try!
