Red cabbage determinism in Year 1

    Hi all,

    I have always been wondering about the reasoning behind the design choice of making red cabbage only available by pure luck for the community center completion in year 1?

    For me, and I think for many others, the completion in year 1 is a really motivating target. Not being able to complete just because of bad luck with merchant cart not having offered the red cabbage is frustrating.

    I think the red cabbage is the ONLY item not being deterministically available in year 1, right? Why?

    There are probably some nice ways to make it deterministic, at least for hardcore players, e.g. merchant made to have it at or by a certain day, can be sold at night market, or given as present from villager when certain friendship level reached.

      I guess letting the travelling merchant have one will be good
