NPC Request/Issue: tenants on ships should never obstruct the pilot's chair.

    Issue: NPCs (mostly guards) sit in pilot's chair, making it annoying to travel.
    Steps to Reproduce: create Hylotl max level ship, use Colony Deed summon rainbow and eye guards in top right rooms.
    Attempted Fixes: providing other furniture (failed), walking up to room to summon guards out of chair (short term success; issue recurs), switch-driven door (partial success, but tedious).

    Details:

    Even when other chairs are provided elsewhere on the ship, some NPC AI particularly prefers the seat we use to navigate the stars.

    Creating switches to limit access to the pilot's cabin helped a bit, but the guard still try humping their way through the door, to regain control of that sweet, sweet arse accommodation.

    Having to repeatedly trek off to use the Colony Deed activation to summon NPCs out of the chair gets pretty irritating.

    Other Notes:
    • Other NPC types (e.g. merchant) lust after the pilot's chair less.
    • When there's only one guard, as opposed to 2, the AI seems less interested in claiming the chair. Not sure why.
