Bug/Issue Rocks spawning over crops - Switch

I've never had this trouble on my PC version, but I recently bought stardew valley on the switch (literally 1 hour ago) and after a day the some of crops that I had planted were destroyed by rocks that had spawned on top of them. There wasn't an event or anything, and because I've only just started, that was a LOT of money down the drain. Is anyone else having this issue?
