RPG Leveling System

I would love to see an rpg styled leveling system that will determine what actions you can and can't do as well as giving you Perks,Boosts and Ability and helping you develop your own character to be more unique in one thing or an other

I Know this has been probably thought of requested before but why not suggest it here too

 

I believe there is such a mod that does what you're talking about, called 'RPG Growth'
