s-tech would be a different kind of tech that you find on planets things like lazertanks and cow transformations could all be s-techs. you would find s-tech cards on planets at about 1/3 the rate you would get normal tech cards and they would all have a type (aaa,pow,vom,xxx,zzz) if you get enough of the right types you could turn them into s-techs nomad
