Server keeps shutting down - ideas?

    I get a lot of warnings for objects not having their prices yet, and finally:

    Info: Shutting down world alpha:-78906282:-22626480:7725944:4:8

    Anyone able to get a dedicated server up and running? Anyone having issues like this but somehow found a way to fix them? Here's a screenshot:

    The server goes down cause of no players connected. You can connect during the startup if you did all the port-forwarding correctly or possibly after even if it says shutting down.
    I'm putting this here incase people don't go to that link.
