Closed Several issues (black background, universe reset, can't beam into missions)

I am having troubles with the game, on several characters (I made a few to test it). My outpost reseted and some quests don't appear as done- I can't re-do them (Gran Padoga Library and The Hunting Grounds for example, have been done and now don't appear in outpost) since I can't beam into the locations- I am taken back to my ship. Furthermore: as I play, textures turn black. Backgrounds first, then objects, then finally all the screen. I have windows 10.

I'm bumping this since I added the log errors...

 

I have the same problem as well, i tried uninstalling my mods but that still did not work so i have been looking if anyone else has this problem.

 

same on my site . when i restart the game everything works fine for a while...still cant beam into missions using sail tho
