Bug/Issue shops closed after power outage

Basically I was all fine and dandy playin some Starbound and the power goes out on me. I restart computer and reopen Starbound. All my items and characters as well as my ship are fine but my home planet is gone. I still have all my crew members and abilities. Also all of the shops that were open in the outpost before are now closed again (i.e. Terra shop, frogg furnishings, 2 stop teleshope, etc.) any tips on reopening the shops?

 

I had this happen to me. To reopen the shops. Just replay the erchius mission. Or the hylotl mission if you have completed it.
