Building/Ship Show off your house :D

Yeah, same for me. High traffic, perhaps.

 

How do you get the blocks to be skinny like I know the matter manipular can destroy part of a placed block but is there a way to place them like in your pic or do u just have to use manipulator?

 

hold shift to place single blocks instead of a 2x2

 

I'd post my first house, but I blew it up.

Here is my house:

Builing a house with door/wall out of wood is a real waste of material and there seems to be no incentive for it (spawning NPCs, changing spawn point).
I can store my stuff in the space ship.
The flying monsters are not clever enough to get me in here and there seems to be no other monsters spawning here.
Also there is no reason to hide in the night because of hard monsters.

 

My Glitch insisted on staying at this abandoned Apex house for some reason.

How did you put the wood in the background of your ship? It won't let me

 

You can mine out the back wall of your ship with a pickaxe.

When placing the wood blocks, right click instead of left click.
