How about a race of Skeletons, the theme is Pirate, and the hair presents what species is it, set bonus needs thinking though
Race suggestions typically need much more detail than a couple of sentences. I mean, we don't even have a name to work off. Not to mention history, culture, biology, appearance, technology, theme, etc. I'd recommend at least a paragraph for each of those topics. If you can get that rolling, then this could be an interesting race.
