So The cutscenes in Starbound are pretty cool, first of all. But it does get a bit tedious, especially when this is, say, the 3rd or even 4th new character and I have to go through Esther's long, slow and kinda boring speech about the artefacts, and the one in the intro mission and the cutscene at the end with that one guy (i won't spoil it). It gets annoying, and I wish that you guys could add a skip button, like, say, if you press Esc. you can skip it or whatever. It's just really tedious having to sit through them. Thanks! -Aneki
Mods exists and while in many cases I'd say that's a suitable solution, vanilla really should feature this. File it under "So obvious that... why isn't this already the case?"
