Hello fellow Stardew valley players!!! I have run into the conundrum that is getting to level 100 in Skull cavern. I’ve used so much money on bombs, food and more to make it there. I even go on good luck days and it’s SO difficult to even find shafts. I know you can use craftable staircases but they don’t stack and fill up the inventory. Thanks!
Personally, I used this: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/963 It adds an elevator to skull cavern.
The trick with stairs is to fill your inventory with stone and craft stairs as you go. One stack of stone will make 10 staircases.
Also, if you have the slingshot in your inventory, you can buy explosive ammo from the Adventurer's Guild to put in it. Basically cherry bombs, except cheaper to buy and they explode instantly when hitting an enemy or wall, so it's significantly faster than waiting for regular bombs to explode. You still need a few regular bombs for groups of stone that aren't near a wall or enemy, though.
