Bug/Issue Slow down and crash on resolution change

Hi,

When I play the game randomly slows down, I noticed that this comes with a drop in fps to 48-52. I wanted to set the game to fullscreen, but then it just freezes when I want to change the resolution ( because it starts out at some weird 4: 3 res ).

What do I need to put into the startup_preferences to start in fullscreen with a specific resolution? Or is there a registry Key I can set?

I use a Notebook with a 6700HQ and a 960M.
