Bug/Issue "SMAPI failed to initialise: System.OutOfMemoryException"

I've updated SMAPI and updated the mods I'm using and still getting this error code
When I go to launch through Steam it goes to boot and then "syncing" appears next to the game title but then it just stops and never actually opens.

 

Does this happen reliably, even after restarting the computer? If so, does the game work fine if you launch Stardew Valley.exe directly?

 

I hadn't tried restarting my computer and it appears that fixed everything! A simple fix at least thank you for your help!
