Resolved SMAPI Won't Install

I downloaded and unzipped the latest version on SMAPI. In the unzipped folder I double clicked on the "install on windows" batch file like the setup instructions say. I get an error that says "Windows cannot find "internal/windows-install.exe" Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again".

Inside the Internal Folder that was unzipped as part of the mod there is no "windows-install.exe" file, just "windows-install.exe.config" and "windows-install.dat". Clicking on either of those prompts windows asking me which program I want to use to open it.

Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.

ETA: Found Solution. Norton deemed file dangerous and deleted it. Ran fine when file was restored.
