Sound and Lag bug

I am using Logistics Frigate Reborn (and a bunch of other mods, BUT the glitch persists without them) and whenever I go to or around the point in the picture I get a weird sound distortion and static. It also causes my FPS to drop dramatically. I am not sure if it happens just because of the amount of stuff I have on the ship, but I don't think so. Please help! It really annoys me and makes walking through the middle of the ship very hard..
