I mean, the obvious blueprint for making it would be at the same station you get the grappling hook but add the flashlight as a requirement. I'm sure you've already thought of that, but just saying so in case not. Great tool, regardless!
Yeah, spawn commands always spawn at the cursor, so if you lost track of where yours is at the moment, it can be weird where you spawn stuff.
