Interesting mod. I have not seen your mod in action, so i don't know what you currently have in the mod.
But i would definitely like to see my favorite character, darth vader's armor in the game. Also the stormstrooper armor, and the kylo ren's battle armor aswell.
I'm not sure how mods work but if possible, i would love to see some of the swords in the game re-skinned to look like lightsabers. That would be amazing.
Anyway, if you do this or not, it looks like a cool mod and i would love to see it expanded upon, i'm going to install it. thank you, Good mod!

 

armor sets that should be done in my opinion (OT only to reduce number - still a big list heh)

imperial
- scout trooper (and hoverbike reskin to a speederbike )
- snow trooper
- tie pilot
- officer (like tarkin / piett)
- isb officer? (white officer coat/pants - as seen on colonel yularen in death star)
- imperial guard
- vader
- palps

rebels
- tantive iv troops
- yavin medal ceremony extras - pilot, infantry etc
- hoth trrops are kind of already in game ('snow infantry set') but might be improvable
- vanity sets of main chars (luke, leia, han, chewie, 3p0 and r2, lando, obiwan, yoda?)

neutrals
- the bounty hunters (boushh, bossk, ig88b, zuckuss, 4-lom, boba, dengar)
- jawas/ tusken/
- cantina patrons (ok, now im just reaching heh)
- cloud city guards
- lobot ( the iLando )
- jabbas palace races

but yeah, the potential number is huge-ish...

Thank you for the feedback! these are some neat suggestions! I'm planning on making a lightsaber weapon in the 2.0 version of this mod. Darth Vader is the second set that I will be making!

The vanity sets are also a good idea. As for the armors - I don't think I'll make all of those, but you gave me a good list for reference! Thanks again!

I'm uncertain as to how to install this.
I mean there is no information as to how but when I place it in it's own folder in the Mods folder it crashes my game.

It should indeed be in it's own folder in the mods folder. Could you send me your Starbound log so that I can see what made it crash? Thank you!
The log file you can find in the giraffe_storage.[DOUBLEPOST=1450637941][/DOUBLEPOST]

I have uploaded a new file which compiles all the files into one folder that you can place in your mod folder. If the problem still persists just give me your log file and I'll see what I can do!

Can you build a C-3P0 armor only for Glitch ?

 

Hi! I don't think that's possible, since armors can be used by all species. But, I might be able to add a new head option for the glitch inspired by C-3P0 when you start and make a new character and choose their appearance?

 

So just look for the new character create Glitch?

Ok the error that occurs when I put this mod in revolves around a MonsterException error.
States that error loading monster type '/monster/ground/minibossbiped/strongminibossbiped.monstertype'
Caused by: (AssetException) Error loading asset
/monster/ground/minibossbiped/strongminibossbiped.partparams

And that's basiclly what it's tossing me with regards to the error.

I figured it out, it was another mod that I had put in that was causing that.
The armor mod allows the game to load up properly not with no issues.

Every time I download it, it's always a notepad file. can you please tell me how to convert it into a folder file?

 

I'm wondering will you add the ability to allow us to recolor the armor?
Cause having the standard Storm Trooper armor is nice and all, but I want to be able to recolor it to black for the
Shadow Trooper or as it's best known as the Dark Trooper.
