Starbound 1.4 Item Locations

    This is mostly to have an all-in-one place so people can, hopefully, find the thread and what they're looking for. Most of the other lists are gone or from beta. All items found will be located on the surface, within sight of the surface (normal camera location (2x zoom) + alt), or in a dungeon. Cosmetics, weapons, instruments, and misc. items locations on planets will be posted. I am playing vanilla Starbound on Windows 10.

    If someone wants a biome specific thing (cosmetics mostly) or a certain biome (e.g. garden planet with cloud trees) let me know. No promises on when/if I find them though.

    I'll separate each item type and link to the post that it can be found in. Duplicate item locations will be posted if they are in different posts. This is so people can have multiples (e.g. to give everyone on a server one).

    There is a Gnome Gun and a Rainbow Hood on the surface of this planet. I didn't grab any screenshots of the exact locations. Just skim along the surface and you'll find them.

    Here's some more goodies.

    Found a Time Pierce in an ice chest.


    Found a Giant Worm in a weapon chest in the prison.


    Obviously there is a Human prison.

    There is a Novakid village and a Hylotl village.
    There is a Spring biome with plenty of petal drops. Combined with the bushes from the Hylotl village and you can get a fair bit of petals from this world.
    There are also some rose trees.

    Found an Oculus Reaver in the gold chest.


    Obviously there is a Glitch dungeon.

    The only other thing of note is there are a number of the little, hidden grottos that have a bunch of diamonds in them.

    Found a Squirt Gun, 3 Seashell Shield, and 3 pieces of the Pirate set (head, chest, back).

    There is a Hylotl city and a Hylotl ruins.

    Everything is found along the ocean floor. Just open all the chests and you'll find it.

    Been a while so I thought I'd drop by. This is not abandoned! I've taken a sort of hiatus from Starbound; I'm focusing more on a different game. I will update with a new post of stuff some time soon I think, though. Meanwhile if anyone else wants to contribute feel free to post some stuff and I'll update the OP accordingly.

    I'm sorry to say: Imgur and/or Xenforo made some changes and now my images no longer work. There is no "fix" for this so, sadly, all my previous locations can no longer be found. I still have the images but I don't which screenshot corresponds to which post. If there is any interest in continuing this let me know and I guess I can upload them as attachments.

I'll mostly be jumping around to random coordinates. I'm also directly posting the coordinates so you can just copy/paste. Also, because of how I'll structure the posts you can more easily find certain planets you're looking for (e.g. toxic planets spawn around radioactive stars so you don't need to look at gentle or temperate).
