Starbound Farm animals dont drop Items

So I put some animals into my ship in singleplayer. They did their thing, dropped items. Then I went into Multiplayer via Hamachi. The animals still worked. But after going into the Singleplayer again, the animals would not drop anything anymore, the outline is not appearing and they don't drop anything. All animals seem to be affected by this. They work in Multiplayer, tho. But this is just ridicolous, having to go into multiplayer everytime, when you want to have the drops.
