Starbound loading troubles

    Hi, I do know there is a thread about this but I haven tried some of the solutions such as: restarting my PC, launching it in admin, restarting steam.

    I have played it before with no issues but when I tried it with mods it shows the chucklefish icon, has the black loading screen and the rotating icon. But will then promptly crash. I thought it was due to not using the mod loader in the 64x version but i do get the error could not load Steam API.

    I do have the game via DRM Free could that be the issue?

    Please attach your starbound.log located in the storage folder of your starbound install.
