Hey, apologies if this isn't allowed here. There's an online project called Stardew Valley Editor. It's still very much a work in progress, I think only one individual is working on it currently. It's going to be a resource to help people create new mods for their game. As far as I've seen the creator is very friendly and passionate about Stardew and would be grateful to hear from potential site users to find out what they would need. There is a discord dedicated to the project which is currently very quiet (but not silent). I'm just trying to help out because I'm excited for this project.
