I would first ask you if your Stardew Valley is completely up to date and if all your mods are the latest version
You should always post in the mod discussion page where you are having trouble with. So the mod author can assist you. Also it is better to use [code] [/code] tags in code. I did it for you. Also finally General Discussion is not a support forum. Please make a new post in the existing thread of the mod you are having issues with.
looks like a few of your mods are having issue. Start by moving all the mods out and adding them 1 by one, restarting after each add until you get a crash. That's the mod that is failing. See if the mod is complete. From the error message at least 1 mod is missing files. Try to post in that mod's discussion post to get help
Update stardew valley, you are using a old version of it while SMAPI 0.40.0 REQUIRES stardew valley 1.07, older versions are NOT supported.
