RELEASED Starloader - mod manager/loader for Starbound

The way I said it might've been a bit confusing. Most of Starbound's files under /assets are in JSON format, with the exception of images/sounds/etc.

(If you're interested, you can take a look at a few config files (e.g. player.config) to get an idea of what JSON generally looks like, and there's also the spec at http://www.json.org/.)

 

Ah! Haha, I had no idea this format was called JSON. I had been calling it... plain text... or sometimes "notepad files" lol.

 

Sadly this barely works with a lot of the useful mods out there.

 

When will the mac Version be out?

 

will there be a update of this loader to use it again?

This crashed my game when i started using it :L. Before I installed my mods were fine so I decided "okay i'll use a installer to make it easier." After that my game keeps crashing with the error "VariantException: Variant list not of size 10 in variantToArrayF" Then i tried to uninstall it and the game wont work without it now :L

 

I accidently install the mod manager in the wrong place how do I change it to install it to a new folder?

This still a project being worked on? Bit of a dead thread for some time now it looks like.

 

If steam has an update then i'm screwed — I play offline.

 

I assume this no longer works for Starbound 1.0...?
