stuck on a screen of my farm

Hi I have the Iphone 8 and I encountered a problem of when I switch screens for a second and came back my screen was zoomed in on my farm. I can zoom in and out however my character isn't anywhere to be seen and I don't have the hotbar with my stuff or the bar with the date and my money. I can't click anything like my house or barns. I exited the app and reloaded and once I pressed to continue where I left off it was still on that screen. I also powered my phone off but that didn't help. I was able to make a new save with no issues though.
