my feel about mod: I am really enjoyed your mod. I am almost at tier 3, it really very challenge to get there, LOT of deaths in my journey. Suggestion: I having issue with that damn spirit in barren world. it really hard to see and it hurt me lots BUT that is not issue, its her special drops that crafted into buff item. that buff item last pretty short, and felt less reward. I suggestion you increase buff time by high amount, or try making it worth to craft and use it, because i not feel interesting to craft it again even i have all materials. that spirit are hard to kill, i had to trap her and kill. Need water breathing equipment in early tier. i have come across several planets with HUGE amount of water and i would liked to able to dive deep water for mining or collect resources. these water really cause me to waste fuel by coming to bad planet with no proper equipment. I have idea: Late Tier 1 or Tier 2: Backpack slot - "Oxygen fuel cells" it gives small energy, and large amount of oxygen, in tier 3, oxygen fuel cells can be upgrade into vanilla's Survival System Glitch or Bug: its hoverboard tech. i seem unlock hoverboard tech after i craft Tech maker machine. i never spend 10k point, and some steel for it. it just appeared in my tech list. Where breathing Meter go? it have one in vanilla.
Many of these issues will be fixed and I'll look into your suggestions. Breathing meter is gone to make it more "realistic" What do you mean? .rar or .pak?
You can always unpack it yourself with the assets_unpacker.exe in "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starbound\win32\assets_unpacker.exe" and the cmd.exe of windows.
yeah, unpacking it doesn't work. I like to keep it locked anyways, to avoid people using my assets without consent. why do you want me to unpack it for you?
obsidian is a material found on any planet. It's is a kind of hard block. May be found underground, close to the planet core above the lava.
We had broken about 7 planet to search for it and we are going to take more than this number now for the matter book looooooooooool!
I just entered tier 3 and build new home with no harsh weather, and spots few new planet that make me curious visit and still not get boring. i have faced problem, may need fix. i haste move to Tier 3 planet after unlock it and set home. I noticed some items need steel ingots, Tier 3 not have iron ores. so how i get more iron ores when i have no way to travel lower tier again? and other one... Survival System that appeared in crafting list after unlock tier 3. this item need Durasteel, i looked, there no Durasteel ingot in craft list. and i never found Large dungeon since i played this mod. is it removed? I did found town, castle, and different houses, but never dungeons. BUT, i did found Crystal Matter Dungeon. Summary Question: *how we get more Iron ores after unlock Tier 3? if one of us is set new home at Tier 3 *Survival system is for Tier 4 or craft materials list is wrong? it unlocked in Tier 3 with no way to craft it *Is Large Dungeon removed?
My group and I are experiencing crashes on start up since the last stable update. Seems to be some kind of over lapping problem with the sandstorm weather that was added with what you already had. Any kind of idea on how to fix this or when a patch to the mod will be pushed out? We're really enjoying the mod and the difficulty over the vanilla experience.
i have an error message as i start the game saying Biome exception : duplicate weater generator name: sandstorm, the game was running just fine yesterday, am i the only one who experiences this?
recent update added sandstorm, so it have two sandstorm in game.. Modder have to remove his or vanilla's sandstorm. we should have some fix in later update. for now, hold your horse and wait for update
