the teleportint is a mob that warps you to a different part of the planet (above ground) if you kill one then you get a warp core, which is an extra organ of the teleportint which allows tehm to warp you can use it to warp to another part of the planet..... in the event your stuck in an infinite loop your portal device has an off switch...
Please structure your suggestions correctly. They just don't have enough information for anyone to get behind them.
I agree with Polar, this suggestion could use a better structure. Plus, teleportation has been confirmed, I suppose you could structure your mob kinda like the Elemental thing from terraria that teleported a lot while fighting it.
