My tenant idea is for the Dark series of furniture and Hoard series. Once enough Dark Furniture is placed, a shady Novakid merchant cloaked in darkness will spawn and can sell some powerful weapons at high prices. If he is in your crew, he'll take a job as engineer, and when on a planet with you he mainly tries digging for oil. The other set of items could spawn a rich, snobby penguin villager that likes living richly. He can pay the rent depending on the other colony homes. The more colonies means the more pixels he pays. He isn't a ideal Crewmate as he slacks off quite a bit, but his role as chef means he can cook really good foods if he has the right materials. When taking him with to a planet, he mainly aims for the items that sell for the most pixels, and he can also look for rich ingredients.
