Some farm seeds take a bit longer to locate than others, a quality of life improvement would be to introduce a seed seller, they occupy a space beside the Terramart, and their inventory rotates over time. Besides seeds, they can also sell the hoe, watering cans, and even the sprinkler if you make enough progress in the main story. The seed merchant doesn't necessarily show up when the Terramart becomes available, just later down the line.
