Almost everyone who has paid attention to the last few updates and their content would know that the planned end game would be towards the Ark and the 6 keys it needs to open. It is also shown that one key was given to each race (except the Novakid) and that they have probably been passed down from generation to generation. So, getting the keys is the only question I have at the moment on how the end game will play out in future updates. So I came up with a few ideas in the midst of my insomnia and thought I would share the idea that came to mind.

As you can see, every race besides the novakid are inside the outpost. So glitches, hylotl, floran, human, avian, and apex. Now due to how massive and legendary these keys would be, each of the six races would at least have some information towards the subject of where the key corresponding to their race would be. So after helping out most of the outpost and the specific character that gives the quest plus has gotten heat protection from defeating the Shockhopper Mk1, the player will be able to do each quest.

Avian: You thought Erchius Horrors were a problem only in the first mission? Think again. One of the avians in the outpost informs you that a group of Avian warriors, known as the Paladins of Kluex has recently returned from a mission where they slew an Erchius Horror, but the leader of the paladins has started to act strangely. Fearing what has happened to him, the avian gives you the planet coordinates with the location of their base. Upon infiltrating, you see a problem similar to the mining facility quest; the Paladins of Kluex have been corrupted, but they still have their avian appearances. Upon fighting your way to the end of their keep, you find their leader who has succumbed to the corruption. His feathers emit an ominous violet glow and his eyes are rendered red, but one thing truly stands out; the mutation from the erchius has given the avian paladin wings that grant him the ability of temporary flight. He uses tech like you, but also has a few more moves up his sleeve, such as the use of regeneration and teleportation. Upon reaching half heath, his wings tear and he can't fly, but his attacks become stronger and quicker. Upon defeating him though, the player finds that the chest in the room behind his throne contains the Avian key.

Hylotl: Upon talking to the hylotl within the outpost, he informs you that their homeland has been plagued by a beast that has destroyed many coastal homes. Once given the coordinates, you are able to be teleported to the homeland. The Hylotl elder offers you the Hylotl key for slaying the foul beast that has harmed them for years. Upon going to the coast, you encounter a massive Kraken-like creature. It's tentacles can attack from long/moderate distances while it can spit ink while up close. Upon defeating it however, you can get the key from their elder.

Floran: After figuring out that you didn't die on the floran party quest, the floran decides that you might be able to secure the key from another band of florans. This time though, it won't be as easy. He warns you that the band of florans in this mission are much more difficult than the last and will most likely be a lot more unforgiving... and he isn't kidding. Upon entering the mission after getting the coordinates, you see that the place is fortified and his words were truthful...for once. Once you manage to fight your way through, they send in two spider-like creatures, similar to Ixodoom. One will fight close range while the other will fight long range. They don't have shells, but they will still put up a long fight, one to remember. Upon defeating them though, the leader of the floran band will bestow you with the Floran key if you spare him.

Apex: The apex in the outpost will inform you that one of their major labs hasn't been responding to any communications for months and that he is starting to get worried. He will give you the coordinates and ask you to go to it. Upon going to the apex lab, you will notice that no apex scientists are in the lab, but the bio containers are shattered. Upon going a certain distance, the power shuts off and their test subjects begin to attack you. You fight your way through the band, trying to restore power, but soon figure out that it is a long trip to the lowest part of the lab. Upon making it however, you see a massive creature they were trying to create and control for Big Ape that got free. Upon defeating it in battle, you restore the power in figure out that the last few survivors of the lab's catastrophe are in a small room downstairs. They then inform you that in that room is the Apex key.

Glitch: One of the glitches inform you that in the span of their sentience, their key has been lost, but he knows what planet it is on. The problem is though, the planet is considered a war zone to anyone who isn't a glitch. Getting the key would mean sneaking in or go in swords and guns ready. Upon entering, you see the glitches not responding to anything. Upon entering the keep, you figure out that someone used technology to interfere with the glitches sentience/function, rendering it in a quasi-comatose state. Upon reaching the room that has the key, the technology that renders the glitches static stops, forcing you to take the key and fight your way out. Upon reaching the end, you fight their leader who will at times, shut off your tech and deal secondary shock damage. With the boss dead though, you may leave the keep.

Human: This one is the hardest yet the easiest. The last key is obtained by a human in the outpost, but he will only bestow it to you if, and only if, you have the other five keys. This means that if you don't complete all of the other key quests, it is impossible to get the human key. After he gives you the key, he tells you that the fate of the beast who destroyed his homeland is in your hands and he wishes you the best of luck in the battle that concludes the storyline of Starbound.

This sounds awesome!! A great way to get the keys!! But I ask "Has any of this been implemented yet into the game? Is there; as of this moment, a way to "End/Beat/Win" at Starbound. I only ask as I am just about to the end of the outpost quests. 1 suit of armor yet and a few last quests to go, so any feed back would be greatly appreciated"
