Server Help ..Timeout while establishing connection.

Just after update 1.03 Ive been experiencing server issues over steam in joining and hosting alike.

The error message for me or my friends (depending on wether Im joining or hosting):

"Join failed! Timeout while establishing connection."

Followed by the joining person just being send back to the main menu.

Before the update everything in terms of joining went flawlessly.

Is anyone else having this error and/or knows how to fix it ?

 

I've been getting this issue too. All I've gathered so far is it may be an issue with firewalls or something not working right on the server. I'd love to know how to fix this T_T.

Edit: I've noticed the issue comes and go, I think the server you want to connect with sometimes needs a 'kick' or a restart to have it fixed.
