RELEASED Title Screen Redone [720p] 1.0

Spruces up the title screen with some icons over the buttons! Only for 720p monitors.

    What does it do?
    It puts all the buttons on the middle of the screen and adds icons over the buttons to make it look better.

    All you need to do to make it look right on a 1360x768 screen is increase the offsets in title.config by 20.
