Server Help Unable to Aquire Universe Lock Data

    While trying to setup a multiplayer server I'm fed this error as the reason for failure. anyone know what this error means exactly?

    Yes I have modded, no this doesn't look like something from the modded folders at all. if you need the full log I can post it, but if I can figure out why this is the only error I'm given I would be most grateful.


    Edit: And yes stating my own server means i can't connect because it can't aquire this lock...so let me look at my connections and if i figured it out proper I'll just edit the update
