Bug/Issue [UNSTABLE 1.4] Unable to "Interrogate" specific spawned contract

• What happened?: Unable to "interrogate" target.
• What were you doing in the game at the time? Hunting a high-reward target for Noble, came across my target in a golden/fancy/rich underground build. They didn't respond to me walking in, and I couldn't talk to or attack the character.
• Whether you were able to trigger the bug again? Haven't run into this specific build again, but if I do, I'll come back and include more information.
• Your operating system name and version. Windows 10
• Are you using any mods?: No mods, Unstable Mode.
• Whether you're in full screen or windowed mode: Windowed

I understand this is Unstable, and is therefore, well. Unstable. But I'm not positive where else to put a 'hey this might be a problem before it goes live' report.
