Resolved [Unstable July - 16th] Game wont launch.

    So, whats going on is, that I press to start Starbound - Unstable (ive already opted out of Nightly) and when I press to start it, after the choice of playing Starbound, or the server, not much happens.

    It says the game is running, and after checking the task manager, sure enough there it is as a process, yet nothing happens, i remove the process and try again, this time I wait a while.
    Eventually, something does happen, after 1-5 minutes a white window appears, and shortly after, dissapears again, in which the process ends. after that, nothing, its not even running anymore.

    I try launching from folder, same result, i clear most of my storage folder, no difference, i verify integrity of game cache through steam, no change. launching as adming doesnt help either. The mod out there named "unstable fixer" by cat, doesnt help either. (probably isnt supposed to help either, i just heard it could)

    I checked the starbound.log file in the storage folder, and the error is there, here is the error in question:

    Rename your storage folder to anything you want and launch the game.

    Thanks for the response, however no luck with that.
    I actually did that right after posting, I realised just removing the config and logs wouldnt do much, its usually the universe or player folders that are corrupted, if the problem is in the storage folder at all.
    After your response, I Remembered that I still had the unstable fixer mod in there, so I removed that, and to make sure, I removed the new storage folder (still have to old one named storagebkp) and tried launching again.
    Still no luck, everything happens exactly like before, and the error seems identical. Ill paste the error in once again, just in case im wrong and theres something new.

    Why is it loading your unpacked folder?
    I suggest moving your unpacked folder to a different location outside of your assets folder.

    I feel dumb for keeping the unpacked assets in the same folder as the packed assets, but really, that seems like a really strange, and kinda dumb thing from the game, it shouldnt do that, should it? Perhaps there is a logical reason to do so, and if so, then fair enough, but I dont see that reason.
