Bug/Issue [Unstable] Unable to interact with quest targets?

    (First off, I hope I'm submitting this right)
    I am not sure if I am the only one facing this issue, but as I am playing right now quest target NPCs (escorts, deliveries, etc) don't seem to be working when i interact with the target NPC.

    Is anyone else facing this issue?
