    Right so iv port forwarded, the server seems to work, thou i can't join because when i go to launch steam already thinks its launched but thats the server. If you get my drift.

    Right so i have managed to sort it. If someone else is having the same problem, you have to launch starbound through the EXE in ur common steam folder. Then launch the Server application through steam.

    Launch the server via the exe, then you can run the game through steam or from the exe if you wish.

    Going to have to elaborate, because "thomson" is never mentioned anywhere in here.

    It's one of the first things mentioned in this tutorial.

    I believe that Matrix is using a thomson router. Your router is whatever youre using for wifi :)
