RP Vahalia [NOW DEAD]

A few days ago, a new super carrier called Vahalia was performing a routine jump, using some new, deeply classified tech. After jumping, the Vahalia arrived in the destination system. Everything had gone fine, the ship was working correctly, looked intact, and seemed perfectly normal. Except for this one, little problem. That little problem was that the entire crew was missing, and there is no trace of anyone. You have been sent to investigate the Vahalia in an attempt to find out what happened to the crew when it jumped. You are hearing this over the intercom on the shuttle at the nearest spaceport.

You've just boarded the shuttle, about to embark on a day-long journey. Including yourself, there are 7 people on the shuttle. The shuttle undocks and begins its trip.

Aria throws the book, about advanced astrophysics, she has been reading for the past 10 minutes away mumbling something about already knowing all of the things in the book.

 

Tee excitedly looks around until someone throws a book

" Uh, uhm could I read that? "

 

"You can have it, reading about astrophysics is getting boring."
She starts fiddling with a small machine.

 

Simo was sitting unusually quietly, nodding his head to the beat of some music he was listening to.

 

Tee goes and picks up the book, she brings it back to her seat and begins reading

" Thank you! "

 

Settling the massive shield down with a light thud, he turns to the group "Okay, I guess greetings are in order.. Names Robert, but it seems more people wish to call me "Rampart", it's just a callsign and" hefting the shield "I think you will understand why".

 

"My name is Aria, altough most call me "mutated freak".

 

Grinning, "Well hi there mutated freak, Na I wouldnt do that" extending a hand, "Nice to meet ya Aria."

 

Tee has already read a good portion of the book

" Hm? Oh! Im Tiffany, although most people call me Tee. "

" Nice to meet you Rampart and Aria! Hrm. Oh Aria! Did you know your name has a correlation to singing? "

 

"Glad to meet ya Tee."

Turning to the side and noticing someone listening to music, he leans over and lightly taps his shoulder and waves to show good intentions.

 

Simo gave a bit of a toothy grin, head still nodding to his music. "So we're giving introductions now? I'm Simo Aalto."

 

"Rampart" and pointing out each person, "Aria, Tee".

 

Simo gave a salute-like wave. "Charmed."

 

Aria finally puts the small device down and takes an almost identical one out of her pocket and starts fiddling with it.

 

"Alright, so who else do we have...."

 

Tee puts a bookmark in the book, she looks at what Aria is fiddling with
