Not at all. Lots of Wikias are created before a game is released. We already have some information to create several pages.
A wiki with adds, and with this interface is a little.... I don't know, I don't like. Prefer wikis like Starbound wiki https://starbounder.org/Starbound_Wiki or Stardew Valley wiki https://es.stardewvalleywiki.com/Stardew_Valley_Wiki (this is a spanish ver.) with a lot of assets of the game. And not like a first 20 century's page looks. But I understand your interest. Are you sure that these games aren't early access?
Some information... Yeah, not much, asside from the name of the teams, description and names of a few heroes... And perhaps the non-exhaustive list of units with, for most, not much known, and could change... I really don't think its good to do it right now. All you can make otherwise are suppositions.
