RELEASED Weapon Assembly 2.1.3

This mod will let you break weapons into parts and then combine the parts into new weapons!

    Side note: If the weapons look unfamiliar to you, is because i generated it while having "Sub-nose weapons" installed.

    I can take a crack at it. Give me a rough idea of the dimensions/design (if you have one), and I'll sprite up a basic design by the end of the night, if you want.

    Feel free to draw anything you want.

    To follow the style of the Assembly station, I thought about a "Robotic spray painter".
    If you are willing to animate it, a weapon can lay down on a table, the robot arm passes above it spraying with "color", and the weapon changes to that color.

    Here's a simple draft of what I had in mind:

    Tell me what you think. I stopped there so I could have input before I continued.

    (I tried to use similar gray scales/color and design to keep it close to the reassembler.)
    (It would be closer if i made it lighter, I just realized...)

    Sorry, couldn't send the files last night. Life got me quite busy.
    Buuut......... Here's the finished product:

    In the attached package are two variants of the spritesheet for either a fixed animation (like your reassembler currently is), and one with a full .animation set so that you can reference it from script if you wish.

    Tell me what you think of it. :)

    "Weapons Assembly Station" should be compatible with everything, let me know if you find any unsupported mod.
    "Weapons Painting Station" is a newborn, no more than 2 or 3 hours old, it's code can still suffer radical changes, and as such, i prefer to focus on making it solid before adding mod support.
    Even with that, take for granted that I will add the ability to recolor as many weapons as possible, but it will take at least till the weekend.

    Ummm... that's interesting... very interesting indeed.
    The only problem is that it might imply to re-write all the code from scratch, but you know what? Feedback like this is the reason I publish first on the forums :nurutease:
