Bug/Issue weird teleportation thingy?

    I managed to somehow teleport into my house while trying to grab a copper bar from my furnace. I could not recreate the bug, but it is not the first time I've teleported into the house while playing. It happened once on PS4, but that was months ago. I was streaming and managed to get a Clip of it, if that will help.

    I am on Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit.
