    Starbound has many races, playable and non-playable, and all have different cultures, artwork, architecture, weaponry, religions, and personalities.

    So, a simple question, which one of the races is your favorite? =3

    My favorites race is:
    Hylotl for the architecture.
    Floran for the culture.
    Apex for the technologies.
    Novakid for the personality.

    But my very favorite one is Glitch, just because robots in a medieval environment is so weird that I love it.

    Ironically, mine is a race I don't play: Floran.

    Currently playing Human and Novakid, strangely enough so far the only people that want to join my crew are Florans. I love their culture but just never got around to playing as one yet.

    My favourite is Floran. I think they're really cool, especially their aesthetics. I always play Floran when I make Starbound characters. Never played anything else.

    It's difficult to say, all seven races are really great, with tons of potential. What I can say for sure is that I tend to prefer vanilla races to any races from mods.

    To me the Novakid is the best race by design and architecture, but I do like the Hylotl as well.

    Favorite Vanilla: Hylotl

    But I really enjoy the Cutebound mod for the vanilla races, it helps bring them up to the high standards of alot of mod races.
