Who do I talk to about the Nav console?

Seriously. Why is the window so small regardless of the resolution I am running? Why is clicking on the edge of the already too small window the way to zoom out? Why can't I simply map zoom in/out to keys??? Whyyyyy. I can't even click on some orbital bodies on the edge of my map and constantly needing to click-drag makes me feel like I'm playing a windowed browser game all of a sudden. I really expected an extant thread about this... am I totally alone?

 

Nope, I have the same issues :I But I found nothing about it either.
