Will there ever be a Starbound sequel?

    I can't find anything online about this topic other than some fleeting years-old mentions. Has anyone heard anything at all about the continuation of the Strarbound universe / gameplay? This is a fantastic game (one of my favorites) but I feel like I've sucked the marrow out of it and there isn't really anything else out there that will satisfy the itch.

    probably never, CF haven't abandoned SB itself yet, far from it, they've gone as far as to make Wargroove and SB part of a shared universe and even expand a little bit on Starbound lore in Wargroove
