Bug/Issue windows 10 microsoft store issues

    So I bought this game on xboxone yesterday and seen it was possible to play it on the pc with play anywhere. Every time I try to launch the game though it freezes on a splash screen for a bit and eventually crashes. Ive tried resetting the store and game as well as making sure i was signed in on xbox and the proper services were running and it still wont work. I have this report where it just says the program stopped interacting with windows if it helps.

      Hello!
      I'm sorry to hear about this, by any chance have you got it working after a PC reboot. It could have been that Microsoft live was down and causing issues?

      If not, could you make sure Windows is all up to date (there was a recent update yesterday) as well as all of your drivers.
      If you run sfc /SCANNOW in the command prompt it will find and replace any corrupted files you might have which could also be causing problems.

      Please let me know if either of these do not work, and I'll ask our xbox team if they know whats going on :) Thank you

        Ok I updated windows 10 and used command prompt to do the scan. It says I didnt have any corrupt files but that still didnt fix it. I went ahead and tried resetting the computer again just in case but it didnt help either. please let me know as soon as you find a work around or fix or if theres anything else I should try.
