Dangit I was about to say Portal, it was literally screaming it from the Orange and Blue bulbs, and the in-one-end-and-out-the-other mannerisms.

I love this idea for a creature, including the Portal reference! But then again, I love all of your ideas!
This is so awesome, I would purposefully get devoured by one. If they eat you it should teleport to said alternate dimension. And the only way to get back is to kill the worm that ate you.
UPDATE: Darkbound invasion! Enter, Chaos Wurmhull! Chaos Wurmhull Upon contact with Darkbound forces, this leviathan parasite was warped and transformed into a terrible monstrosity of darkness. Instead of transporting what it consumed to a random location, the unlucky victim(s) would be sent directly to the Darkbound homeworld. There, the queen herself would determine their fate...
3 things here. 1. Why is everything you make so goddamn fantastic? 2. I love this creature 3. If i saw this in game i would be scared shitless and run as fast as i freaking can. That thing just seems TERRIFYING, which is what alot of games lack. EVERY game needs a terrifying mob!
This is delicious! Nah but really, this is amazing. One of the most creative mob ideas I've ever seen, and I like the Chaos Wurmhull. EDIT: Now you're thinking with Wurmhulls.
DRAT! And here I thought I was being original. I was drawing (badly) a little worm that shifted blocks as it burrowed from in front to behind it. Basically shuffling stuff and messing with anything you built... but this is way more impressive.
